This course will help to answer questions like:
How can we participate in the circular economy with our products?
What should our strategy be and where should we start?
Which programs and vendors are right for us?
During our live session together I will help you understand the fashion circular economy through my years of hands-on experience. I see it as a series of operational and strategic questions and programs that naturally build on each other.
You will walk away with:
An overview of the fashion circular landscape including take-back and sorting, resale, repair, reuse, remanufacturing, recycling, downcycling, design for circularity
An overview of key strategic components including goals and measurements, customer marketing and financial accounting/ROI
A worksheet with key questions to begin your circular strategy
A list of vendors working in this space
A Certificate of Completion
