Fashion Circular Landscape 101:

Operations + Strategies

This course is designed for sustainability and circularity professionals working in apparel, shoe and accessory brands who want to pursue a circular strategy and need the concrete operational knowledge to start.

This course will help to answer questions like:

  • How can we participate in the circular economy with our products?

  • What should our strategy be and where should we start?

  • Which programs and vendors are right for us?

During our live session together I will help you understand the fashion circular economy through my years of hands-on experience. I see it as a series of operational and strategic questions and programs that naturally build on each other.

You will walk away with:

  • An overview of the fashion circular landscape including take-back and sorting, resale, repair, reuse, remanufacturing, recycling, downcycling, design for circularity

  • An overview of key strategic components including goals and measurements, customer marketing and financial accounting/ROI

  • A worksheet with key questions to begin your circular strategy

  • A list of vendors working in this space

  • A link to the recording should you need to reference it again

This course will be offered June 28, 2023 from 11-1 EST AND July 11 from 11-1 EST (choose one) . It will be a live session with participation encouraged, and the number of organizations will be limited. Each organization may include up to 3 people for the price of a single registration.
